Your teen must upload their own certificate while logged into their profile. Use the teen's email or phone number, not the parent's.

The information will be associated with the account of the logged-in user. Using different login information will create a separate, duplicate account, leading to confusion and indicating that your teen has not completed this step.

Please Remember Parents are not allowed to Be Sponsors for their Teen.

Sponsors must have the affidavit signed and sealed by the parish where they are registered and regularly attend. Certificates will not be accepted without this.
